How it works

Every case starts with a structured intake. Our proprietary engine, Praxis, then identifies The Why (the theory behind the behavior) and The How (the practical framework to act on it). Work that is already running is diagnosed and validated with your data; work still in design gets a gap analysis. Both lead to an intervention, a trial, and scaling.
